My coaching specializes in supporting Asian women, immigrants, and first-generation professionals navigating career transitions, leadership growth, or life crossroads. Drawing from my own lived experience, training, and professional journey, my style is part coaching, part consulting, and part therapeutic. My holistic approach is grounded in lived experience, cultural sensitivity, somatic and emotional awareness, and a deep belief that you already have what it takes — you just need the right support to bring it to life. 

As a first-generation immigrant from Taiwan and a former burnout tech worker in Silicon Valley, I know firsthand how easy it is to feel stuck, unseen, or unsure of your next move. But as a former Head of Analytics and a four-time career pivoter, I also know that creating a career and life of ease and freedom is absolutely possible.

Becoming a coach unfolded gradually, sparked by my love for people. From being the soundboard for friends growing up, to supporting talents in Corporate America, to mentoring mid-career professionals in analytics communities, I’ve seen the tension between people’s deep longings and the disappointment of feeling stuck on the way to their goals. That’s why I followed the calling to contribute in whatever way I could — helping others reconnect with their inner clarity and courage.
